@Sophie thank for commenting, put my mind at ease 🥰 xx
Typically I can’t find any good photos but for example my little one had yesterday. 1 weetabix with berries for breakfast and a bite of my toast, banana for a snack, two spinach/avocado muffins, handful of blueberries and baby crisp things for lunch, tea he had a finger of chicken, and about 10 roasted cubes of potato, sweet potato and butternut squash. And because like your little one he’s had a rumble tummy in the night recently he had another weetabix and berries for supper 😂🙈
I keep going until she stops 😅 some meals she is hungrier than others. And she also still has breastfeeds 4x a day. On average she might have the equivalent of a pouch of savoury food and another pouch of some sort of pudding. But as I say, this varies hugely. Last night she ate about 7oz/200g of bolognese, 5 bits of pasta, a Farley rusk, most of a pouch of fruit, most of a yoghurt, and a bit of pear. Yesterday she had five spoons of a pouch and was done 😅 sorry I don't have a photo! She has always been on the lower end of weight and always been a hungry baby so I just give her as much as she wants and trust her to know. She has spit up a small amount (less than a teaspoon) on one occasion in 5mo of having solids. Has soft but solid poos 1-2 times a day, and is perfectly happy most of the time, so I know she's not over eating and making herself uncomfortable or tummy upset.
