Teething rash?

What are we doing for teething rash? I’ve tried Aquaphor, A&D, diaper cream with zinc oxide, breast milk, 99% water wipes, triamcinolone cream and nystatin cream and nothing seems to help!!! 😭 These photos aren’t the best because shocker alert it’s not easy take a still and clear photo of a squirmy little 7 month old!!! It’s a lot more red and dry in person! Please send helpful suggestions!!
