Smell rubbing alcohol pads when nauseous it helped me out a lot ❤️

I agree with Haley! Also drinking milk helped me a ton with acid reflex

I suffer from all three pregnant or not, but it was hell during my first & third trimester. Tips that helped me are chewing gum after meals or when feeling nausea. Also had mints and dry biscuits in my pocket and they helped while at work. Nothing acidic to eat like tomato and chocolate and coffee are also bad for reflux. Eat smaller meals and stop about 80% fullness. I had to sleep sitting up when bad at night. Gaviscon advanced helped, but I was also put on a higher dose of omeprazole while pregnant, which did help. Pregnancy can effect the sphincter that stops the food coming up and make it lax.

My friend just gave me papaya enzymes and they work wonders for reflux. I already have stomach issues, so i didn't think it'd be strong enough

@Haley this helps me so so much!!

Peppermint oil! Smell it. Nurses actually do this while working shifts pregnant. It works well.

I really like these Allclair Herbal Inhaler - Natural... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CK185NTX?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share If nothing else it’s a very pleasant distraction from queasiness
