as soon as she learned to say no she refused everything. Running off vibes and hugs at this point.
YES! It's discouraging but I just keep reminding myself it's my job to provide her with opportunities to eat well balanced meals, and it's her job to actually eat them haha
Dealing w the same, all her favorite snacks that she use to eat she doesn’t want to eat anymore and when I introduce her something new she’s cries and gets upset 😭
@Nia same with my girl. When I present her with something new she says, "no, no, no" while simultaneously shaking her head and waving her hands in front of her 🙄
Comes in waves here also. Sometimes I am okay with it, most of the time and sometimes I feel really worried. I get worried when it coincides with a growth spurt because he looks thinner but then it ends and he starts bulking up again. Feels different when you can see it. Will we always be worried about how much and of what our kids are eating?!
@Kate yes hahahah, until they are teenagers and eat us out of house and home😭
I have this same issue with my toddler. She refuses to eat anythiiiiiing
It's so hard! I started out breastfeeding when she was born and then I found out she wasn't gaining optimal weight and I wasn't producing as much as I thought I was. Honestly, I was traumatized by that. Ever since then I am CONSTANTLY perseverating on how much she is eating and it's so mentally and emotionally exhausting 🥺
@Megan I was so naive and thought that my concerns about how much he is getting/eating would end after he started solid food. 🤦🏻♀️Nope. It is very exhausting.
I am dealing with the same issue right now.
