Had my glucose tolerance test on Friday morning, how long does it usually take to hear back with results?

Because it’s Friday it might stall a little. I’d say give it a couple of days and if it hasn’t contact them.

They should call you in a couple of (working) days if you need to do anything. Otherwise you are not likely to hear from them.
I had mine done last Friday and had results on badger notes Monday evening. They had only told me "early next week" and I'd only get a call if I didn't pass and needed to hear from the gd team
Depends I had mine last Tuesday and was told the Wednesday x
If they're concerned they will contact you in a day or so, if nothing to worry they won't contact at all
