Hungry or Dummy
How can you tell the difference between if your little one is actually hungry or whether they just want the dummy for comfort?

Our little one tends to have a slightly different cry for hunger vs tired, which is usually when we give the dummy; or admittedly I’ll just give him the dummy and he’ll spit it out if I’ve got it wrong!
My little ones cries is similar as well . With me he has a neh cry for hungry , his body tends to tense up ie he forms fists with his hands . Mine don’t like the dummy but he only has it when he is tired and when he has hiccups
If my little one spits his dummy out more than twice normally thats my hint he’s actually hungry.

I can never tell, usually I will only give the dummy when I know she has finished a feed and had enough or if I just need to calm her down
