Meals help.

My daughter is 11 months she turns a year old February 15th. Shes already eating a lot of the food we eat she even drinks regular milk. I’m just worried shes not gonna be getting full off what we eat when she doesn’t need formula anymore. We’re so used to snacking we don’t do the breakfast lunch and dinner we just eat whenever we want and I don’t know how that’ll work with a baby. And I don’t know how to get in to a routine of giving her three meals to do and honestly I don’t know what to make her and what to give her and how much to give her. I need help.

My son LOVES pancakes it’s a really simple one to make and freeze for later along with fruit. Also your daughter shares a bday with my papaw❤️

@Maddie thank you and awweee

I make broccoli egg slice things that I refrigerate and put one or two in the microwave for 15 secs for breakfast with fruit or yogurt. Super easy, healthy and delicious. Recipe: 7-10 frozen broccoli flourets steam and mash in bowl. Add 2 eggs til mixed, add 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup shredded cheese mix and put in bread loaf pan. Top w more cheese. Cook at 350 for 25 mins.

We usually do breakfast after we get our day started diaper change and all that then we do lunch after her first nap and dinner an hour or so before we start her bedtime routine. As far as meals we give ours anything we eat or we have things like yogurt cottage cheese fruits toast Cheerios always on hand so if she needs something else or we don’t feel comfortable giving her what we’re eating she has a backup meal. I kinda just eyeball what I’m giving her usually it’s enough if not she’s one to tell me she wants more with her screams lol

My daughter will be one years old on 19 February. I can’t believe it time is flying by so fast she needs to slow down. She’s eating so many foods and growing up so fast she’s created it somebody independent skills because of her older sister.

Lots of baby led weaning cook books and videos helped me get ideas with my son!!

Birthday twins with my twins!!!

We prep foods in the fridge/freezer so that we don't always have to scramble to find food for our little one. I am trying to give a meat, a veggie, and a fruit for every meal (chicken, broccoli, and peach is my go to). Now obviously kids will be kids and that isn't what is eaten but hey at least it was offered. And sometimes revert to puffs or teethers. And just offer food until they're full. They'll let you know when they're done.
