Being called the wrong name

Me and my partner have been together for almost 3 years and we also have a 7 month old baby, but tell me why does his mother still call me his ex girlfriends name 🤨🫠 Anybody else experience this before and how have you dealt with it. I just find it so rude, I’m just thinking one day if she calls me it and my daughter overhears.
