Calmer, Easier, Happier Parenting is a good series. It’s directed to a bit of an older age group than 13 months, but there’s nothing wrong with getting into good habits now rather than having to “undo” bad habits later.
“How to talk so little kids will listen” “Raising good humans” “declarative language handbook” (a must for the future not necessarily always helpful with toddlers, but can be helpful for even just an adult to read lol) “Hunt, gather, parent” “Tiny human, big emotions” (specifically geared toward tantrum resolution) “Raising a happier mother”
In my opinion ‘The Nurture Revolution’ should be free for all new parents!

I haven’t personally read this yet I just realized that I have it in my collection and so I will . I’ve read happiest baby on the block and it was definitely worth the read 💕💕https://a.co/d/8Nxtz67
I would personally recommend the book No-Drama Discipline, by Dan Seigel and Tina Bryson. It's a partner to the book The Whole-Brain Child (haven't read it yet, but plan to), and it explains a lot about childhood emotions and how to handle them. Instead of "discipline" in the form of punishment, it reframes discipline as "teaching", and how to take these opportunities to teach your child how to regulate and use their rational, higher-thinking brain. It's helped me a lot into these Big Emotions toddler days!
