My favorite way to meal prep…

Every 2 weeks when I grocery shop, I get a 5 lb pack of chicken breast. Instead of freezing it, I cook it before it goes bad. I’ll shred or chop what’s needed for upcoming nights for dinner. It saves me so much time and I don’t have to worry about defrosting or it going to waste.

I’ve started doing the same! Most times I just pop it in the crockpot until it shreds. We did chicken noodle soup, jambalaya, chicken pot pie, and chicken Alfredo this week
