First period after giving birth
Why doesn’t anyone tell you how horrible your first period after birth is? I’m 8 weeks pp and started my period yesterday morning. Omg the pain and the heaviness! I was not prepared 😫

@Savanna everyone is different.. mine weren’t bad before getting pregnant, so maybe that’s why.. hoping yours go ok! 🤞🏼
I bleed through super plus tampons every 2 hours!!! My flow is WAY heavier now. The only good thing is I don’t have cramps anymore
@Ciera wow.. my cramps generally feel like contractions 😫
