Hi!! I’ve been going through the same thing. Here’s some things I’ve tried recently: Mac & cheese w/ broccoli. I steam the broccoli first. Then for the sauce I blend together equal parts cottage cheese and cannellini beans with a little milk. Add some butter to cooked pasta (leave some of the pasta water to make it thicker). Then add the bean and cottage cheese mixture. Then the steamed broccoli. Chop chop salad: Dice into equal 1/4 inch pieces: 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cucumber. Then half a cup of peas and half a cup of smushed chickpeas. As a dressing use some olive oil and lemon juice. Add feta cheese. Shepherd’s pie! I have a baby food recipe book, this recipe everyone can have! I used turkey meat bc i don’t eat red meat. On days when I don’t have much, I’ll slice her either mozzarella cheese or cheddar. Steam either broccoli or green beans. Then I do either rice or pasta with butter. And then I’ll give her any fruit on hand last
*make sure to smush the peas!
Bannana and carrots blended together but make sure to cook the carrots before blending it with bananas my son likes it!
