Rice cakes with hummus / cheese is a win in our house. So is fruit and raisins - try to limit the raisins, though. Our little one loves cucumber sticks
Banana cupcakes (that I freeze) my little boy loves making them too BBC good food have a loaf cake recipe but I do cupcakes I add an extra large banana and take off 30g sugar They are a nice treat Crackers and cheese are a winner too Babybels, fruit, eat real straws, I also buy those ready made frittatas from supermarket
Fruit/veg platters, carrots, cucumber, watermelon, strawberries, pepper, orange etc. can all be cut and sliced ready and can be kept fresh ready to bring out. I have ziplock bags and Tupperware filled with sliced veg/fruits ready for these occasions 😅 easy ready made snacks such as cheese, crackers, crisps, bread are always a hit too!
We always have a cheese sandwich ready in the fridge for these snack emergencies!
