I was told to fast from 10pm for a 9am test

12 ☺️ I’ve got my appointment in the morning. I’m not normally an evening snacker but I’d kill for a biscuit haha

From 10pm the night before, and only allowed water on the day of your test

Same! I have my appointment at 8.50 but I’m already starving. Wondering if I can have another quick snack but answers are conflicting so best not x

I think you’d be fine to eat something now. My NHS letter told me midnight for 9am! Ps. Take a water bottle and sip cold water throughout your wait, I was so glad I did as I feel like it curbed my hunger and stopped me from feeling funny as at times I was quite clammy. Obviously that’s not meant to scare you as the test is completely fine and not everyone has the same experience but that’s how I get if I don’t eat or drink for a while whilst being pregnant x

Turns out for me (forth valley) I was to fast from midnight for my 9am appointment … gutting haha I stopped at 8pm 🥸 would have killed for a cuppa last night

The frowned at my for leaving 10 hours, apparently it should have been 12! They still did it though

Mine said from midnight and my apt was 8.30am. But it came back positive and I wished I’d eaten less the night before lol
