Mine stopped at around week 13/14, so second trimester. I kept crackers around and ate bland food because I constantly needed food in my stomach to help. I ate ginger chews, mints and peppermint tea to help but to be honest I was miserable. Just know your little one will be worth it all!

It varies a lot from person to person so no one can really tell you but for most people it ends by the second trimester. Mine started around 8 weeks and started lessening around 18 weeks, gone by 20 weeks. But my best friend threw up every day up to and including the day she went into labour

I’m finding I can stomach bran flakes…?

I was non stop headaches and nausea for nearly 20 weeks. I started with Gravol and vitamin b6 then switched to dilectin. Food wise: I ate a lot of apple sauce, and toast with butter and Gatorade. Anything else made me feel very unwell 🤢 other wise, being in a dark quiet room with my eyes closed was the only thing that truly helped me.

Nearly 15 weeks and I’m still a bit nauseous but the days when I can’t get out of bed are approx 4 weeks behind me. I always have something in my belly - jam sandwich, tinned mandarin, cereal, lots of cold water, bread sticks . As I can’t stand cooking at the moment, so need simply easy to grab snacks. Hoping I’ll be in the clear soon!
