Single Mom moving options

I'm a single mom of one, 5 years old. My bf lives about 6 hours away (don't worry, he's away for work right now for the warm season) and I'm so sick of living in the area I do. There's no places to live, too expensive, no job opportunities that pay good, and so much more. With tax season right on the path, I'm considering making some huge changes like a big move to where my boyfriends work is. I know I'd have to request a movable via court and all that, etc. *and I KNOW for a fact her dad would be okay with it because it would be closer to him at least*. I also know we would have tk line up a place to live/rent, a job for me, etc. but my question is, what other things should I consider via a move besides expenses? It would be a huge change, especially from one state to another, so I'd also have to consider changing addresses, state ID, insurance, etc. Am I missing anything? What are your thoughts?
