Teething rash

Hey yall you know that little rash they get on their chin from teething and drooling so much google said Aquaphor helps but I don’t have any lol but in case it doesn’t work when I pick it up what else have yall tried that made the rash go away?

I used aquaphor for my kiddo and it helped a lot but it’s the stick version that makes it so easy to apply
