At a loss

I know it’s normal for toddlers not to eat, but my LO literally picks one random thing and only eats that all day. Today it was a handful of chips. Does this get better?

Mine does the same… some days are better than others

Maybe try and offer colorful fruits to pique interest, my sons an avid fruit eater and will eat anything just bout; blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, grapes, plums, oranges, bananas (all try in shake form; and you can sneak some kale or spinach or even carrots in there) let them pick out a cool design straw special to them and that's extra nutrients for their belly helpful in the mornings to kick off their appetite, lunch time depending on how much energy you have I like to food prep so see if maybe chicken piques their interest if not get your grains like rice I like to add butter, mashed potatoes are always a good option too and cut up the chicken bites. I've found also that my son does better with his own plates bowls and kitchen set came with cups forks and spoons; let them pick out what color plate or bowl they use and when it comes to meal time it's a joy seeing the new food to eat. When in doubt have a back up you can also try quesadillas the corn tortillas, & some cheese.

does your baby show interest in whatever you’re eating? my daughter isn’t picky but if i’m eating something without her she turns into a monster

Mine has gotten soo picky all she wants is sweet flavored foods. If I make her pasta noodles with spinach in the sauce she will literally pick the spinach out there is no hiding vegtables past her. It's a 50/50 chance she will eat the pasta. The only food she will always eat is pbj so she has that either for lunch or a back up dinner if she refuses what we are making

@Lily try blending it, start with that; theirs sweet healthy spinach strawberry smoothies or customizable to her favorites add sweetener like agave (I like or honey., your preferred sweetener) and it's hidden but nutritious a juicer is also really nice but can be achieved through blending as well
