Roast chicken dinners, Very mild Chicken curry & rice Veg/chicken soup Shepherds pie Bolognese pasta, Salmon, baby potatoes & veg I used to make her chicken/lamb pilau and biryani seperate too. Just using minimal herbs. Basically when I was cooking for me and my husband I’d have a seperate small pot to cook my daughter food in with no spice just herbs and flavour, because we like our food spicy. Id give her anything which is not spicy/salty or hard for her to eat. Or sometimes just make our food together but no spice. X
I do a lot of batch cooking and just separate out small portions for my son (bolognes, chilli, curry). Other meals we have that we personally don't like reheated but he does (mac n cheese, risotto) I do portions of for him. In the What Mummy Makes book, she does 3 minute pasta, it's super quick and makes at least 3 portions for my 3 year old so would be loads for a baby. It's really tasty too
There’s a toddler/baby food page I follow on Facebook it’s called “Yummy Toddler Good” it has helped me a lot with ideas
Second what everyone’s said just what you’re having. I just make hers separate if there’s a lot of spice or added salt in the cooking. My LO absolutely loves soup and it’s a great thing to freeze and always have handy x
Honestly give them what you are having. Just avoid super salty meats and sauces.
