No not really. My dietitian said that if it had caffeine in it then it doesn’t count as like water intake. It obviously helps more than no water at all. But if you’re trying to get in your goals of let’s say 64oz of water a day then no that would not count
Have water or just have bubble water. All the hydration with no calories.
I did that when I was pregnant. I was trying to avoid artificial sweeteners in my first pregnancy. I loved having the bubbles and just a splash of soda.
They have water enhancers that tastes like certain sodas. If you have diabetes I’m only assuming based off you saying it’s become too sweet for you. I wouldn’t be playing with that, no amount of soda or junk is worth playing with your life. Also, only water can hydrate your body the way it needs to properly function. I wouldn’t play with that also, just drink water and create some discipline within yourself.
All liquids count! (Except alcohol) Drinks are definitely too sweet for me as well. I mix juice and seltzer.
