I put a sprinkle on my LBs overnight oats, once or twice a week 😊 x
Chia pudding is good for them, I also use chia in banana bread, on yoghurts etc. I also add hemp seeds to stuff to and add in in pasta sauces, flax are good too.
I also give a sprinkle of chia seeds on porridge in the morning, just a teaspoon
