Is anyone else struggling with weight?

A lot of what I’ve googled says I shouldn’t be gaining much weight but I’ve gained 4kg 🥺

Don’t worry most of it will be bloating to begin with. I rapidly gained 4-5kg in the first trimester but now I’m 34 weeks along and I’ve only gained 8kg total. Your body is doing its thing and if your blood pressure is fine and you’re eating well and getting some movement in you don’t need to monitor your weight that closely. If the midwife isn’t concerned then I wouldn’t be! I don’t even get weighed at my appointments anymore!xx

I gained some weight on the first trimester of my first son too, even though technically you're not expected to. I used a BMI chart to guide me and it was very useful. Tracking the same way now with this pregnancy and following the same pattern so far. I lost nearly all the weight from my first with no hassle.

I’m struggling a lot. I know everyone says not to worry about it but it’s really hard for me not to growing up with really bad body dysmorphia. So I’m right there with you girl. I haven’t changed my eating, I’m going to the gym and I’m still get plenty of steps in so idk what more I can do. I need to learn to not worry about it but don’t know how.
