Sometimes you get started on negative thoughts and they continue to snowball… Stop! Stop that now! You are full of love and positivity..these negative thoughts do not own you. Grab a piece of paper…on one side write “in my control” “out of my control”…write your worries that have been circling your mind. Tear the paper in half…if you’re needing some release..take the half of the things you can’t control and rip it up! Oh, relief. You are strong and brave. You are smart and kind. Control what you can, leave alone the things you cannot. ❤️
