Eating help!

Mine will literally throw her plate if she don’t like something 🫤🫤. Gotten so picky lately

Urgh I’m so glad you posted this! Also 19 months and it’s such battle to get any lunch or dinner in him 😩

Today has been the worst for it 😳 eating nothing!!!

We living of snacks here for last 2 weeks

My little boy is exactly the same 🫠 dread every meal time!

My little one was poorly then for 3 weeks he ate nothing but milk and a few bites of snacks. He's finally back to eating again, it was so stressful!

@Francesca same! He has breakfast (where we put in multivitamin drops!) then just rice cakes and snack bars most of the day it’s awful I could have cried yesterday 😩

My little boys been the same at home but eating fine in nursery, I have found putting down picky plates the best for him a bit “real food” fruit or veg and a dessert type thing and he choices what he eats. As long as he eats something I don’t stress about it

Yep! Picks at things. But drinking is the main problem atm... won't drink a thing :(

@Tara I’ve given him an extra bottle of milk 2 times this week just to get some fluids in him - 😩

@Fay i wish I could for mine but she has refused milk for 6 months ths now 😢 😞. She has drank about 3oz of water today and that's it 😢 xx

@Tara we put squash in a fruit shoot bottle ..works a treat think she's having a treat

@Tara have you tried oat milk? Our boy LOVES it (it’s very creamy I don’t blame him!) honestly he’d drink it all day if I let him x

Fruit juice in ice lolly moulds. I make these for my little girl esp when she is teething but also a way of getting fluids into them x
