Tommee Tippee prep Machine help! We have just bought a few filter and I think fitted it correctly but the below message keeps appearing. There is plenty on water in the machine. Any suggestions please on what the issue could be? Thank you!

Has the water drained through the filter. We’ve had a filter recently that wouldn’t let the water pass through because it had too much air in it (even after priming) we to it out put it in water again and shook it about and loads more air came out. It worked fine after that

Is it a tommee tipper filter you’ve put in? My mum bought some cheaper filters and this is what kept happening and could not get them to work. Went back to a tommee tippee one and it was fine. Or did you go through the whole process of priming and then once fitted going through the whole cycle on the machine for fitting a new filter? X

I had this before take the filter out and and put it in again I hadn’t pushed mine in enough if that makes sense

I think you need to do a rinse through first
