I really needed it end of pregnancy and still use it 5m pp for breastfeeding and cosleeping. I have a long, slightly curved one. Having something to keep and knees apart was very releasing and now it is comfort (eg with full boobs)
Yes, definitely! I got mine at target so not a big expense, and was helpful for sleeping, but also for breastfeeding.

I have the sleepy belly pillow. It is really helpful in keeping me off my belly and back while asleep. It’s also used around the house on the couch and various chairs to support my lower back with one of the “wings”. I love that it’s all detachable and can be used in different set ups. Also may work as a breast feeding pillow after birth. Washable cover as well. I will keep for baby #2 after this for sure!
