How Did Your Toddler (Possibly ADHD) React to a New Sibling?
Has anyone experienced a situation where their three‐year‐old (possibly exhibiting ADHD traits) had to adjust to the arrival of a new baby? How did he react, and what behavioural changes should I expect? My son will be 2 years and 10 months old when his little sister is born. He has been going to nursery since he was one year old, and we plan to keep him in nursery four days a week after the baby arrives.
2 year 8 month age gap here, I think my 3 year old has deffo got adhd, the week before due date he said he didn’t want a brother and I felt horrendous haha! little one came along and my toddler could not have been any better still to this day. He started acting a bit babyish but that’s completely normal with all kids! I dreaded what he was going to be like my whole pregnancy, and if I knew then what I know now I wouldn’t have wasted a single second worrying xx
