I have gestational Diabetes and I learnt there’s the sugar free rennie so I got that and I’ve using it but I didn’t really observe if the regular one used to spike my sugar before i switched. I’ve had to sleep in a sitting position on about 2 occasions due to heart burn despite the rennie though. Taking a glass of milk before bed also helps. I’d be in the comment for others suggestions
I have an Apple before bed every night which seems to help
I’ve been eating watermelon and it’s been helping so much! I’ve also noticed that milk seems to be triggering my acid reflux.
If gaviscon doesn't work for me, I find tha drinking a glass of milk works better than anything x
