Starting solid food-seeking recommendations

Hi mamas, My baby girl turned 6 months and we’re planning to start solid food next week! I’m wondering if there’s a good diary or tracker of some sort we should try to record what she taste and tries, so we can keep track of her eating/tasting schedule and the type of food she’s going to try? (I asked our pediatrician for guide and resources and they didn’t have anything!!). I have searched and have some ideas of what to start with (avocado, sweet potato, peas, etc. ), and any advice and recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you!

"Solid starts" is a great resource. As to what to start with you'll find a lot of different information depending on where you look. We started with avocado for both the kids. There is also an account on Instagram called "101beforeone" that shares good information and meal inspiration

Thanks @Jae 👾 do you keep any records of what food your baby eats? Do you have app or diary recommendations?

With my first I did keep track of every meal. I used "baby tracker" by Amelia. I think solid start has a built in tracker too but it's more to keep track of foods tried and not what they're eating every day. For foods tried I just have it written down in a notes app
