Conception therapist? Or OnlyFans Doctor

Months ago I booked an appointment with a Conception Therapist whose ad said she could help us conceive naturally and holistically. We have two kids already but baby #3 just wasn’t coming along so I wanted to try something. The earliest date I could get was Valentines Day 2025. I took it. I ended up getting pregnant after booking the appointment but I already paid for the non refundable session ($750) so I thought we could just do the visit and keep an open mind taking what we learned from the session for baby #4. I didn’t know what to expect but was open minded. It said the appointment came with a complimentary massage so that was a plus. Long story short- I don’t know if this was an actual board certified therapist or an Only Fans Doctor with a breeding kink. I kept looking for the camera and couldn’t find it, but something tells me this was theater. Her office was in a big brick building, she has a very sweet receptionist, we were led from the lobby to a traditional therapy office, sat and spoke about our story (I decided not to reveal I was already pregnant) and we just went along with the program without resisting. The doctor was mid 40s, very pretty, had some cosmetic surgery maybe. Shared she has 3 children of her own. We told the doctor our other two children came quickly but #3 we were having a hard time conceiving and she suggested a few things. One, a physical exam of me. And two, my husband breed me infront of her so she could work with me on opening myself up to him, and then after naturally trying to conceive together, we also try using his sperm to inseminate me in a clinical setting that day. My husband has been taking testosterone and wants to have sex at least twice a day, so when the doctor suggested these things I knew my husbands strong desire / impregnation fantasies would be all for it. Long story short, we did try to conceive infront of her. IDK why I agreed to this. She led us to a different room that has a king size bed and looked like a staged hotel room. She told my husband to start with oral to prepare my cervix and then gave him a plunger/pump like tool, to help get my labia ripened and swollen. It was scary and weird but felt good so I went along. I really did puff and swell very quickly. Our usual position is doggy, so we did that, and with the doctor there she would say things like “ok lift” meaning husband pick up my ass, and “gooood” as my husband got his groove on and pulled me close, and she said “really you want the tip gently prodding at her cervix” then said “ok mom he’s there now push push push” for me to open my cervix. She also at times held me by the hips and rubbed my back while my husband literally dogged me out. This is crazy. When I reached to massage my husband chestnuts 🌰 from underneath, to see if they were tight (I can tell he’s going to finish if they’re tight) she said “love that great job”. She said “it looks like he’s getting close why don’t you push push that baby out yesss and husband you grab her by the belly, now mom, arch, arch that back” and she lifted my ass and purposely arched me more, fixing me like a yoga instructor would. After my husband finished inside she handed up robes while he was still inside me and asked me to put on robe lay down quickly bringing knees to chest, “try not to spill”. She told us we had great chemistry and looked great. When I laid down she instructed me to bend my knees back to my chest. I was sure she would notice I am somehow pregnant. She put on gloves and said she would know examine my cervix a bit and manually massage what my husband had put inside me to help it along. She mentioned if I do become pregnant she offers perennial massage at 35+weeks to avoid tearing, and told me about an inflatable birthing ball that they also insert to help practice labor with a nurse. I held the knees bent / on my back position and she in a doctor like way, massaged my cervix telling me she was “ just helping get these guys moving into the uterus”. I moaned a little in pain and she said “gooood looks good ok let’s go to relaxation.” She then led us to another room that was set up for couples massage. She said she was going to make notes on her computer and left and two older Asian women came and gave us basic back massages with music and low lighting. After massage, we went to clinical, where met with her again. This was a traditional clinical room. She took my vitals, asked how the back massage was, and then gave my husband a cup and asked if he could give her a sperm sample. Husband went to bathroom and she and I talked about the practice and she said so many of her clients get pregnant very quickly. I realized she was going to examine me more and thought she might discover I was pregnant. When my husband came back, she explained she would do a Pap smear like exam but without the tests, and would use a speculum and syringe to inseminate me. She said she would set up the speculum and if my husband promised to be gentle she would let him do the actual insemination. The medical bed had stirrups, she had me put my feet in and covered my waste area with the traditional blue tarp thing. My husband got to sit next to her and she joked about him being her medical assistant. She paused when she looked at my cervix, and put on a head lamp. “Isn’t the woman’s body amazing?” She said to him. And asked him if he was ready to get me pregnant. She loaded the syringe and handed it to my husband instructing him to inject it around the donut like cervix. My husband squirted all of the semen in syringe at once and she laughed and said “um that’s ok, now let’s watch as her body takes it in and we’ll do a bit more” Overall this was a good experience. I am already pregnant so I’m not going to do any follow ups. I have an eerie feeling that this is an OnlyFans type of trap, she made us sign forms that I didn’t get to read. It just all happened so fast and I’ve never quite heard of a conception appointment like this, there was nothing to suggest the total process on the pamphlet or anywhere else, although I guess it’s “in the name” conception therapist. Has anyone had / paid for conception therapy? What was it like? Would you go back? The session was totally relaxing I just hope there wasn’t a camera! LOL 😝
