Any moms who work in the schools cafeteria

If you work or know someone who works in the schools cafeteria, can someone find out what Nacho cheese is used for their nachos. NO HATE ON ANYONE WHO WORKS IN SETTING LiKE THESE. I am just pregnant with my third child and I am badly craving nachos but only want that certain cheese. I have not found any similar to it.
