You are probably better off with a prenatal vitamin which are beneficial to most women in child bearing age even if you do not plan on getting pregnant
Thank you @Janis
I tried them and they were not for me. I kept burping the flavor all day long. I couldn’t take it anymore.
I stuck to what I knew instead
Most times supplements and vitamins and things like this are extremely over priced and they use catchy names and advertisements to get into your wallet when any other brand would be just fine. They make promises of what’s in the supplement but most people aren’t aware that supplements are NOT monitored by the food and drug administration in the sense that when a medication goes through approval to be sold it has rigorous checks that make sure it is actually what it is. Supplements do not. So you are solely depending on the sellers trust worthiness about its contents. That said let’s say you really like the supplement and it’s a good bargain…and the site is not claiming any sort of unbiblical “truth” and they are not marketing to witch craft etc… then just treat it like any other store bought product. A “ritual” could just literally be what the word means.. a daily thing. But if it causes offense to your conscience and you do not feel it honors the lord, then find another brand.
