Introducing egg

I have an 8 month old and still haven’t introduced egg. Mainly because he has bad excma at the moment. Can I give him boiled egg chopped up? How did people introduce? Any tips I’d appropriate thanks

Yeah I’d give a small amount of boiled egg either mashed up on a spoon or in a slice he can feed himself (however he’s most comfortable) ☺️

I didn’t know we had to be careful with egg 🙈 I just made an omelette and cut into strips for her first time having it

I haven't introduced most allergens to my baby yet🤦🏼‍♀️ I've been too anxious due to his CMPA. But planning to introduce egg this weekend. He's had soya and wheat but that's pretty much the only allergens he's had so far. I've just bought some peanut butter to try him with too but it literally makes me so nervous🙈

Egg cut into strips is fine, the difference is boiled egg compared to an omelette egg. I did the omelette egg into strips when I do it. Egg and peanut butter was some of the first things I tried lol wanted to make sure she was ok with it before I gave her food with those things mixed in.

I did it as omelette strips 🙂
