Breakfast I rotate between, Pancakes-I mix fruit on them! Turkey sausage Boiled eggs Yogurt Lunch Pasta My little doesn’t like bread either so I use soft tortillas instead! Quesadillas peanut butter and bananas Chicken and rice Turkey, spinach and cheese pinwheels Dinner Whatever we eat but his favorites are Spaghetti and meatballs Chicken, rice and veggies Tacos Veggie tator tots and chicken nuggets

@Leah how do you feed the rice to them? i’ve always been scared of giving rice because she coughs and seems to be choking a lot when given small bits of hamburger meat, so kind of scared to give anything else that isn’t soft (bread, yogurt, unsweetened applesauce, squishy fruits, etc.)

My little is 11 months now but we started giving rice at 8 months & I would mold them into rice balls. Now I just give it to him and he doesn’t have any issue.

Dinner tonight is - avocado, mozzarella, tomato, broccoli, ground beef w a little cheese to make it easier to pick up and then some banana

I recently came across yummytoddlerfood account on Instagram and I’ve made so many recipes of hers for our daughter and they’ve all been a hit. I tend to make 1-2 recipes each week to last us. They are all simple ingredients too. Her website has a ton of recipes that helped me tremendously!

I also make rice balls. Just wet hands with water and roll similar to rolling cookie dough. Ive also done this with quinoa and wild rice mixed together.

My son love once upon a farm pouches every morning, he has one but anything I eat he does for sure
