I’ve been giving things as solid foods and doing some purées. So doing fruit and vegetables for her to try as solids. Porridge, pasta, little veggie tots I made. They can basically eat whatever you are just make it baby friendly, so offer in baby safe sizes and with no salt x

Single items as purées first. Once a day, veggies first, will then follow with fruits and then mix together. What I did with my toddler and worked well.

Puree and BLW, as long as it's safe and he is interested, I offer

My little boy hated purees! So what I'm doing is introducing one new food a day to check for allergies, then building the new foods into meals. Eg today he tried tomatoes, which I made into a tomato sauce, and served it with pasta and broccoli (he's already tried those two things). Tomorrow, he'll try yogurt with some fruit that he already likes, and some point this week he'll have avocado (new) on toast (already tried).

I’ve done allergens on their own eggs, fish, nuts etc and others mixed

My son isn't getting on with purees at all so I'm just making him small dinners that I know he can eat, lots of fritters and steamed veg. He loves avocado and pear

Currently just single foods, mix of puree and finger foods (she’s just not taking to it well and gagging/ choking a lot so mostly puree still which I’m not a fan of but hey ho). Once she gets better a finger foods hopefully in a few weeks and now that we’ve done quite a few of the allergens I’ll start making proper things for her. There was a website with some fantastic ideas I used with my first but still scouring the internet to find it again. Some easy things we did last time that you can freeze extra & defrost later: - Pinwheels (puff pastry with any toppings you want, rolled baked & cut) - ‘Muffins’ with fruit or hidden veggies - Tray bakes cut into strips like egg with broccoli & cheese - Pasta bakes - Curries I am finding it more difficult this time to think about cooking as she’s CMPA/ non dairy
