Did you cut all of that out at once?? I'm sorry, that's just a recipe for failure. That's an insane diet. You need to make changes you can stick to.
Healthy snacks….im diabetes so for sweets i eat fruit, medjool dates and peanut butter…you can make your own sorbets from frozen fruits…just put some dates in the blender with the frozen fruit…you also have to supplement, have you gotten your vitamins and minerals levels tested? Get your heavy metal levels tested and parasites are also super common and cause food cravings…you can do a parasite cleanse…it’s not just about avoiding junk food…clean up the ingredients of the food you are eating…if it’s peanut butter the ingredients should just be peanuts and salt for example…no shelf bread only fresh bake bread or in the freezer at the grocery store…farmers markets are your friend…eliminate most if not all artificial ingredients, preservatives and dyes including natural flavors, citric acid…start researching these ingredients…I made these changes and my A1C has been going down and I lost weight…you can make your own juice as well from fruits and vegetables…real food tastes better
Please message me I can try to help as much as possible
What I have done for me that have work is walked every day for an hour and do portion control and not cutting out everything. It was like have small meals and then have snack times between the meal and if you want juice cut it with 50% water avoid eating bread and dairy products.
