Colief isn’t for wind, it just breaks down lactose in the milk which is easier on their tummy. Infacol is the one that makes them burp. However a lot of people do have wind as a side effect, us included. Best thing is to burp them a few times during each bottle/feed and to burp them 5 or so minutes after taking the medicine. The wind does get a lot better once their body is used to the medicine, but it can take a few weeks. Also lots of bicycle kicks to ease it out the other end, I spent the first 4 months doing constant bicycle kicks until she learned how to pass wind herself 😂x
I give mylicon drops to my baby every other feed. I feel like it helps a bit. I also give probiotic drops on her first bottle of the day. She’s still pretty consolidated though so if anyone else knows how to help with that, would love some insight
