Definitely what Kiki posted above! Also, if you can get your hands on some fire cider and garlic honey for you & your partner, that would be great. Focus on immunity boosters such as: vitamin C, D, & A; elderberry syrup or tea; dandelion tea; echinacea; nourishing foods like bone broth, veggie soup, sourdough; breastfeed baby as much as possible if still nursing. Orange juice (vitamin C) garlic. Soups loaded w garlic some ginger and some turmeric 👌🏼 Honey. Take ts of honey if you have a sore throat.
I usually take MANUKA honey, lemon and garlic and make a “tea”. Also OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT (from most chemists) is amazing for immunity in general and seems to knock any flu like symptoms on the head quickly. Chicken soup (homemade) is underrated.. chicken has something in it that inhibits the migration of inflammation. Hope you all feel better soon!
