Anyone any court knowledge
I was expecting both parents to have to go to court in the first instance but all the paperwork implies this will be done without parents around?
Is this normal!

Thank you! We’re hoping it won’t - but with DV and BM been difficult and stopping contact etc I’m not expecting there to be a solution away from court!
