Any food recommendations

I want to get little one to eat more independently. I give her puffs and yogurt bites anything else that is good for motor skills and independence?

I’m not what you mean by “independently”. Usually when I put my kid in the high chair I give him the plate and he eats whatever it is off the plate. He’s currently 15 months and knows how to use a fork. But I do give him puffs as a snack or fresh fruit.

Cheerios, smooshed blueberries, quartered (or larger than her fist) strawberries, peas, noodles.. Lots of options!

My lo is almost 11 months and he eats a lot of things. Just put stuff on her tray and she will try it and if she likes it she will eat it

Solid starts has a lot of good info.

Sweet corn was a huge hit when my son was hand feeding himself! Even a can of mixed veggies lightly warmed up. Not the whole can of course but in my opinion, a vegetable is a vegetable🤷🏻‍♀️

Corn, peas, cooked carrots cut into pieces. Bananas, noodles, strawberries... pancakes or waffles cut up small... scrambled eggs are a hit too.
