What kind of sheets are you sleeping with? Is there any kind of mattress cover under the sheets? What covers do you sleep with on top? What temp do y’all keep it at night? Maybe he’s just too warm??

@Keeley so weird part is he has it at 73 but if you take the covers off him when he sweats he starts shivering talking about he’s cold

Should I try bamboo sheets?

Put air to 71. Use cool temp bedding. Put fan on. Let him hydrate

I'm the same way, it's 70 in the house and I still think it's freezing cold in here or stay under blankets 24/7 and I have to wear a jacket lol I'm anemic is your man anemic by chance? I sweat at night under my thick blanket and then get cold if I take the blankt off I also have a fan on low maybe try a fan?

Dressing lightly with just a comforter at 70° can help a lot, the type of mattress makes a difference as well. I'm the sweater in my marriage so typically I have to have the fan on as well. A sheet traps my body heat in and when sleeping bare it causes my body to exude more body heat.

I sweat too. It was 40 degrees last night and for the first time, I slept with the windows open and 2 fans on. I've never been more comfortable!! I also need a blanket to sleep, so having an extra cold room is key. Make sure he's very hydrated too. Water makes a huge difference especially if he drinks. And is he on medications? One I'm on makes me sweat just from breathing 😂 Maybe Botox? Or Lume? There are some other specific soaps he can wash with to get rid of the bacteria that make his sweat smell. It won't solve the problem unfortunately. In the summer I sleep on a large cotton towel and switch that out daily so I'm not changing the sheets so often.
