I didn’t think the midwives at Lewisham were very good at all I’m afraid. Not the Lee Health centre, a different one. Never had the same one twice, and agree not very caring.
I'm having an amazing experience with the Pearl Midwives team. I had my booking appointment with one midwife because the midwife assigned to me was on leave that day, but since then, I’ve had the same midwife every time. She’s amazing. This is my second pregnancy but my first in Lewisham. With my first, I never saw the same midwife twice.
Tbh I think it’s just a luck thing- I am with Pearl midwives this time and I’ve had a different midwife every appt. It’s not been bad but would prefer to have some continuity. My first pregnancy I was with the team at Manor House Library and saw the same midwife throughout x
@Billie same here! Although I've only had 2 appointments so far. They also have messed up twice my blood group test and I only found out by chance. Do you think you can choose (for next time) as I'd like to try a new place.

I’m also curious to hear about this. Had my booking appointment and this is my only NHS experience in london, nothing to really complain about but it just generally gives overstretched unit vibe (expected knowing issues with NHS)
