Weaning / milk intake

How much milk are your babies still consuming? My boy has been super keen on solids since he was 4 months old. He loves food and eats loads during his 3 meals a day - we combine BLW and spoon feeding. He’s not keen on breastfeeding anymore except for evenings and mornings so I’m down to 2 feeds - he’s weaned himself 🥹 anyone else at a similar stage? Guidelines state to bf a lot more but I can’t force him! I’ve tried to push it and he drinks only very little and / or spits it up (he’s never done that before).

We are currently doing 4/5 breastfeeds and 2/3 solid meals depending on the day! Not super rigid and just go by her needs. x

We're on 3 meals now and LO is taking 3 BFs (one overnight) and 1 bottle while I'm at work

We're at the same now, im thinking of replacing the 2 feeds during the day for snacks because he's really not interested, latches on and then pulls away after a few seconds so he's not really taking anything. There's only morning and night he will take a decent feed. Hes eating plenty of dairy products with his meals so im not worried. Just following his lead xx

How old is your little one? My little boy is going through the same at the minute (formula/bottle fed) and he’s 8 months old!
