Fussy eating

Anyone else’s littles all of a sudden being fussy with their food? My little girl has always been amazing with food and ate anything and everything. Over the past few weeks she’s just being picky and not often wanting proper food only wanting snacks😫 Is this just a phase that she’ll pass or am i going to have a fussy child on my hands 🤣

Yes my son is the same and I'm not sure if it's just a phase or not xx

@Sophie Knights Oh i’m glad im not the only one!! Im hoping it is just a phase but how frustrating is it? Make a whole meal for her to throw it or have a couple of bites then ask for a snack 🥲😂xx

It's so annoying haha, my son used to eat anything but now he won't and just prefers to snack😂 xx

I'm getting so stressed about this at the moment cos my son was such a good eater but it's like we've flipped a switch last week. He'll happily have snacks or sit and eat a pudding and go 'mmm' but refuses food! So frustrating! X

@Hannah same as my son, hoping it's just a phase xx

Yep!! He’s just totally gone off his food. Will only have snacks which are most likely fruit, breadsticks or crackers with hummus 😂 he will ask for 5 different things at breakfast and only have a bit of each of them.

Yep! It’s so annoying.. makes me so sad that he’s not eating like he use to 😔

@Becky Yes me too! I don’t want to just feed her snacks but otherwise she won’t eat 🥲

@Hannah YES!! Yoghurt and she’s happier than ever but a meal, throws the whole plate away x

@Polly It seems like it must be just a phase then if there’s a good few of us dealing with this?! So strange that it’s a thing tho!

Yes also the same as my girl and she’s started to want to breastfeed a lot more which is so annoying x

Yes same here!! 😩 x

So reassuring reading all your comments, as my son is the exact same. Just wanting snacks and boob all the time and rarely proper meals. He used to eat so well too 😩 not liking this phase, do not pass go, do not collect £200!
