It’s definitely normal, sometimes scary, but trust me. When he’s hungry, he’ll eat. And I don’t recommend putting them on supplemental shakes and stuff unless their doctor recommends, don’t want them to start depending on those instead of eating
We’re going thru the same thing. My 1.5 year old stopped eating scrambled eggs the. loved oatmeal and now stopped. The thing that I’m not going to give up is offering real homemade foods. Even if I just stir fry a potato anything is better than pre packaged food. This is just a personal goal of mine. Not really right or wrong way of going about it My little one does love smoothies so I make a peanut butter and banana with plain yogurt for protein.
It’s normal don’t worry. Not the healthiest option but try sugar free snacks so at least he’s getting something
What your baby is going through? It is pretty normal. Most kids go through this phase. I would highly suggest compensating with PediaSure until he is back eating a normal amount of food per day. Also, you can try taking him to the store and introducing them to like healthier snacks and letting him pick and try new things, (he’s still small, but you can still try it. It might work better when he’s just a little bit older ) and if he is still weary, even after he picks up because he wants to try that you guys can do it together It usually helps tremendously, especially if you have a kid who’s stuck on like one thing like chicken nuggets or pizza stuff like that, that they wanting all day and don’t wanna eat anything else.
