Any milk suggestions…
I have been EBF since LO was born and she’s now almost 4 months. We’ve struggled badly with reflux and I’ve been dairy free to see if it was CMPA but not convinced it is as there is no other symptoms apart from very slight eczema and the reflux is just as bad as ever.
I’ve now decided that I would like to start introducing formula but not sure what would work best. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA

This sounds exactly like my LO, and she’s 4 months next week… Some days are better than others but it’s exhausting sometimes isn’t it🥺
It really is! The not understanding it makes it hard as I can't do anything to help it. Just hoping he outgrows it soon!! Fingers crossed yours does too 🤞🏼
I'm sorry you're going through this, we have a similar situation with reflux and slight eczema but no other symptoms so we don't think it's dairy. I'm mostly BF but he has one bottle a day of Hipp Comfort milk. It's meant to be slightly easier to digest as the milk protein is already partially broken down. We have seen an improvement since we switched to that milk with Mam bottles (previously used Tommee Tippee bottles and Cow & Gate formula) but some days the spit up is much worse than others. Can't really work out why but at least we have some better days now (he's turned 4 months this week). I hope it works out for you!
