I miscarried and now have a healthy pregnancy a month later. Praying the same for you!
I don't have much to say but congratulations! I hope things continue to go well and you're blessed with your little one. Sending positive energy your way 💕
I was considered obese and my baby was and still is very healthy and absolutely adorable 😊things did go a bit sideways with my birth but that was nothing to do with my health or size but with the health system being ignorant. As you'd probably read online, you're supposed to give birth within 24 hours of your waters breaking, I was left in labour for 50 at the excuse of 'we're short staffed' 😂🥲but I think if I was actually attended to properly, everything would have went relatively smoothly. Your size isn't a reflection of your health, you can be totally healthy regardless of your size and a lot of places talk about why bmi is such an outdated form of measuring health. Someone could be super muscular and their boi would say they're obese...makes absolutely no sense. For context as well, my pregnancy was great. Nothing went 'wrong' all my test results were great. Don't let them fool you that because you have a high bmi something is going to go wrong...it's not true at all
A few tips would be to talk to your birthing partner about your birth plan and teach them to advocate for you if anything goes sideways. You should also advocate for yourself, if you are usually shy or quiet just try to learn to be direct and quite demanding. Idk where you are from, but where I am things don't get given or done to you unless you ask and not ask if it is possible but ask for it to be done. I am also not saying to be rude😂don't come for me for that, but stand up for yourself and your partner should do that too. Talk about bad scenarios as well, I know that's scary but it will be a relief to know that your partner knows what you want. Understand and try to accept that your birth plan and birth overall might not go as expected. Try to be flexible with as much as possible and don't let it affect you much. Remember that the end goal is for you and baby to be healthy and happy and out of the hospital😁do your research into pain relief and recovery as well. Dm me if you need ❤️
First congratulations if that’s how you’re feeling! Secondly if you stay on top with being healthy this pregnancy with food and try not adding so much sugar an etc I think you’ll be fine. I was considered a little high risk cause I was heavy when I got pregnant with my son! It’s okay to feel this way if ur making an OB appt talk to them about how you can go about things healthy! With the weather breaking (not sure where ur from) take some walks get outside small things add up!
