My baby is 9 months old and has been mostly BLW. Today she has had: Breakfast - raspberry oat pancake bites (homemade) with dairy free yogurt and some mango Lunch - tuna, cheese, and sweetcorn fritter with avocado Dinner will probably be an omelette with some veggies in it
I give me 8.5 month old something puree/spooned and some finger foods for each meal. I tend to batch cook, muffins, pinwheels, pancakes, veg tots, frittatas, sausage rolls etc. Breakfast could be porridge/weetabix/yoghurt/scrambled egg with finger food of toast, frittata, egg bites, orange/banana/kiwi. Lunch & dinner savoury pouch/mashed vegetables/yoghurt/beans with pitta bread/sausage roll/muffin/panacke. I tend to give my baby the finger foods and one spoon to hold and feed himself but also feed him the spoons me food as he’s playing as he consumes more this way but he can get food and a spoon to his mouth himself. Currently struggling with him drinking water.

We're struggling a bit at the mo because he wants to feed himself but isn't very good at it, wastes lots and doesn't eat much 🤣 Also were trying to give him more chunky foods, but same thing, he just picks and doesn't really fill himself up. So we're spoon feeding until he gets fed up then letting him feed himself Breakfast - weetabix Lunch - Cheesy potato (slightly mashed) pear, banana sticks, segments of orange Dinner will be usually whatever we're having but mashed or cut up small
