Dilation!
So as of today I’m 1cm dilated and have been having mild period pains and back pain. Difficult for anyone to say as everyone is different but what’s everyone’s experience with time wise going from 1cm to birth?☺️

I was at 1cm for a sweep at 38 weeks, then 48 hours later due for my next sweep my waters broke and I was 3cm, then went from 3cm to 10cm in 10 minutes after being induced another 24hrs later. Good luck mama!

I start with contractions every 10 minutes the night of Thursday and my LO born the afternoon of Saturday. For me was an incredible experience. I ask for epidural 7 am of Saturday (I was in the hospital since night of Friday)
