Can it start at 15 weeks

I had preeclampsia with my first born he was born two weeks early and I was in hospital ALOT to the point they prepped me to give birth early early had to get steroid injections to help his lungs but thankfully we kept him in a lot longer but anyway I’m pregnant again and I am on aspirin but the last 3 days I’ve had a headache and painkillers aren’t working now my eyes feel sore and that’s what happend to me last time but it didn’t start this early am I just being paranoid? Has it been worse for anyone a second time round?

Sorry for asking, is it same baby father? My gynecologist said it won't happen again with the same baby father...

Yeah same baby dad I really hope it won’t start again I’m just worried

So done alot of research about PreE after my first, it doesn't show signs until 20 weeks. You could call your OB to ask for a urine test tomorrow, I did weekly at home tests with my second pregnancy. Are you taking your BP at home? The head pressure is your BP being too high with preeclampsia. I had a singleton at 29 weeks due to severe preeclampsia and it caused a stroke. I then had my twins 9 months ago and never got preeclampsia. You 100% can get preeclampsia with the same father, I have a friend who got preeclampsia all 3 of her pregnancies with the same dad.
